Cute V-Day Chambord Cocktails <3

I discovered Chambord like 3 months ago and I have never been the same! It is a Blackberry Liqueur. Such a unique flavor and also a perfect festive dark purple color — just in time for valentine’s day! Anyways, I wanted to make a couple different martinis that included this liqueur for all different types of pallets. I feel like I am a really random mixologist — like I don’t have any scientific background — I just like to think about flavors and then I blend them accordingly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I do get inspiration from different instagram accounts and pinterest recipes, but of course I like to add my own twist on each of them. It also depends on what ingredients I have at my house at the time I am making these. So here are the 3 that I made… I hope you try one and let me know what you think!

1) Chambord Espresso Martini

  • 2oz vodka

  • 1.5oz chambord

  • 2oz espresso

*pour over ice in a shaker, shake it like a salt shaker, then strain into a fancy coupe or martini glass — garnish with a heart-shaped strawberry or blackberry!

2) French Martini

  • 2oz vodka

  • 1.5oz chambord

  • 2oz pineapple juice

*pour over ice in a shaker, shake it like a polaroid picture, then strain into a fancy coupe or martini glass — garnish with a pineapple slice!

3) Creamsicle Martini

  • 2oz vodka

  • 1.5oz chambord

  • 1.5oz orange juice

  • .5oz heavy whipping cream

*pour over ice in a shaker, shake it like jelly, then strain into a fancy coupe or martini glass — garnish with an orange slice or heart-shaped orange peel :)

4) Berry Creamy Margie

  • 1.5oz tequila

  • 1oz chambord

  • 1oz lime juice

  • .5oz raspberry puree

  • .5oz coconut puree

*pour over ice in a shaker, shake it off, then strain into a fun cocktail glass — garnish with a lime wheel or raspberries if your kid didn’t eat them all!
